For complex cavities and multi-functional composite molds, as the shape of the parts becomes more complex, the design and manufacturing level of the mold must be improved. Molds require a large amount of processing programming programs, comprehensive cutting capabilities and high stability for deep holes and cavities, which increases the difficulty of processing. The quality of the machine depends on the processing quality of the parts and the assembly quality of the machine. The processing quality of the parts includes the processing accuracy of the parts and the surface quality. The machining accuracy refers to the difference between the actual geometric parameters (size, shape and position) of the parts after processing and the ideal geometry. The extent to which the parameters are consistent. The difference between them is called machining error. The size of the machining error reflects the level of machining accuracy. Problems in processing precision mold parts
