1. Mold Material Selection

3. Advanced mold design and manufacturing

Core pulling and ejection system: According to the characteristics of the product, the motor, cylinder, stripper plate, angel pin, ejector and other optimized designs are selected to ensure smooth demolding of the product.

4. Precise delivery and quality assurance

We adhere to the principle of efficient production and on-time delivery, ensuring that mold delivery is completed within 80~90 days and providing T1 samples. All molds are manufactured in accordance with international standards and are compatible with DME/HASCO standard mold accessories to ensure seamless docking and production for global customers.

In addition, we use standard wooden box packaging to ensure that the mold is not damaged during transportation and is safely delivered to customers.
